Nutrition Counseling

1:1 Nutrition counseling services set up weekly to bi-weekly, personalized to help you achieve your health and wellness goals!  We dive deep into how your current diet and lifestyle are impacting your health status, set up your most important goals, identify what needs to be modified, and design a customized plan to start seeing results! 

 

My areas of practice include weight loss, weight  and muscle gain, hormone balance including reversing amenorrhea and period recovery, reversing and prevention of chronic disease including metabolic and cardiovascular disease, improving nutritional status, improving micronutrient deficiencies, gut health, emotional eating, disordered eating, intuitive eating, general wellbeing, and more!  You will most likely see additional improvements in sleep, energy, mental health and mood-to name a few, when beginning a nutrition protocol.

As a NASM certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist and 8 year certified personal trainer, I help athletes and fitness enthusiasts optimize their performance and recovery through proper nutrition.  I create customized meal plans, dietary recommendations, and supplement guidelines based on your sport, training schedule, and goals.

About Brianna

Hi!  I'm Brianna!  I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in the Bay Area of California and a California insurance based weight loss nutritionist. I received my degree in nutrition science and dietetics from the University of Arizona, completed my dietetic internship with Wellness Workdays, and have been helping my clients achieve their health and wellness goals for over 9 years. In addition to my private practice, I have worked  in corporate wellness, food banks, schools, clinical settings, gyms, and as a personal trainer.

Working with Brianna has been a game-changer in my weight loss journey.
