As a registered dietitian and fitness nutrition specialist with 8 years experience as a personal trainer, I work with athletes wanting to build muscle, drop body fat, and improve overall body composition either to excel in their sport or simply to get in better shape.
I also work with athletes looking to improve sport performance, recovery, and increase their endurance levels to reach the next level in their athletic careers.
